Scouts going camping without stolen trailer

Boy Scouts are acquainted with to roughing it.

But the members of Troop 101 in Orlando are common to have a little rougher than most after someone stole their trailer and the camping equipment contents.

Still, it could be much worse, said Scout Master Brian Bushem. Much of the troop's most critical equipment, including tents, tarps and cooking utensils, was not inside the trailer.

The trailer was parked inside a fenced area at Prince of Congenial Lutheran Church, 1515 S. Semoran Blvd. It was discovered missing Tuesday, but was last seen when it was secured interior the compound at the rear of the church on July 7, Orlando Supervise said.

A lock and chain were missing from the gate.

The appropriation threatened to spoil the troop's annual family camping gambol, scheduled for this weekend,
