Man fatally shot at Miami car wash

A 34-year-old Miami man was fatally photograph at a car wash early Thursday morning, police said.

About midnight, officers heard gunshots in the acreage of the car wash at Northeast Second Avenue and 29th Street.

Police found Gregory Poux mortally wounded in one of the yellow bays at the 24-hour Wyndwood Car Wash.

Poux was bewitched to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center, where he died.

``We're still working to gather together evidence,'' said Officer Willie Moreno, a Miami police spokesman. ``We're waiting to talk to witnesses.''

Friends and relations said Poux cared for his elderly mother, who was harmed after suffering a stroke a few years ago.

He had a 9-year-old son, Gregory. A sharpened dresser, Poux often took his son shopping and made sure he had on the rocks outfits for birthdays and holidays.
