A local entrepreneur is back in business in Erwin after the township board gave him the go ahead last night.

Eric Bethea, who once operated Eric's Cuffs Car Wash & Design in Dunn, was approved for a conditional use permit to act a car wash at 100 Denim Drive in Erwin.

Following approval, Mr. Bethea handed out flyers to commissioners and announced he would open-handed for business this morning.

"It's a sigh of relief," Mr. Bethea said after his vocation was approved. "This is the perfect location and I'm here to stay."

Mr. Bethea beforehand operated his business at 200 W. Broad St. in Dunn. There, he had numerous contracts, including one with the Burg of Dunn.
