Buehrle didn't see perfection coming

Yield to think of it, he had some pretty good major-league moments -- he was a starter and closer on a Cosmos Series-winning team, he was a starter and winner in an All-Matchless Game in 2005 and he had pitched a no-hitter against the Texas Rangers in 2007. So what was socialistic for Buehrle to accomplish?

He didn't hesitate with an answer.

''I would like to get a Gold Glove,'' the Deathly white Sox lefty said. ''That's a personal goal. I always take self-importance in holding runners, picking guys off, fielding my station, doing whatever it takes to get those extra outs.

''Besides trying to win another In every respect Series ring, win 20 games and a Gold Glove. Twenty is burly to get because you have to have a lot of stuff happen. The bullpen has to hold your lead, you have to get runs scored for you. So much has to go off for you, it's a tough thing to accomplish. My main one is Gold Glove.''
