For those customary apepoopy about Khumalo's positioning, he played on the wing the full game. Didn't do a whole heckuva lot either -- at least not in the first half. In the alternative half, he delivered a great thru-pass to spring Pontius. Absolutely, his pass should have come sooner, but the refs blew the call in trade Pontius offside. Then, of course, the goal. Bummer to gather it's a bad injury.
Khumalo was better than Fred, who had the worst trick I've seen from him. For the first 40 minutes, every touch he made really stunk. Not to praise stopping McTavish's shot which was an almost certain goal. Even his rood which set up the penalty call should have been better.
