Salutation to Press the Face, a Sunday-morning talk show liveblog where you can feel for to the Sunday talks with your opinions, support, refutations, or ravings. The larger aim is to provide meaningful accounts of the the shows for those who are unable to note them, but it's also an opportunity to share our thoughts in real time as armchair spectators of the entertainment of political discussion.

This week the health care think over continued to rage, President Obama (re Henry Gates) sought to assuage, and Goldman Sachs' befouled dealings were hard to gauge. Regardless, Republicans' efforts to re-establish their image appear less than sage, particularly when they talk of the poverty to turn the page. With their studiously measured contributions to the vigorousness care debate, progressives seem to be the only ones capable, at least this week, of acting their age.
