10:37 a.m. Basil Alexander, 39, 20 Sanford Avenue, Wells, was stopped for having a middle break clobber chance out. Alexander was charged with operating with a suspended license. Court boyfriend set for Oct. 8.

June 21

10 a.m. Morgan Murphy, 45, 31 Spring St., York, violated his bail conditions by fault to submit to a search and breath test at Short Sands and Loads Avenue. Murphy is not allowed to consume any alcohol on his bail conditions. Officers arrested Murphy when he attempted to send off on his bicycle. Murphy was charged with violating bail conditions and has a court period of Sept. 10. 9:04 p.m. John Pearson, security custodian for 50 vacant rooms above Shelton's, of York Shore, called for a building security check when he noticed a come on upstairs, which was previously off. Pearson reported neighboring businesses have been seeing lights on the upstairs in the erection. The officers found signs of entry to a second floor window, an unmade bed and prog. 9:28 p.m. A vehicle was reported off the road on Route 91 and Scotland Connexion Road. A female juvenile, 17, of Lebanon, allegedly swerved to escape hitting a deer and ran off the road into a nearby ditch. The public servant searched the juvenile's purse, allegedly finding her to be in custody of a useable amount of marijuana. The juvenile was charged. Her court period is set for Sept. 14.
