Couple urge other parents to be vigilant after daughter videotaped ...

The first interval Jeff and Traci discovered someone looking in their 14-year-old daughter's window last collapse, they thought it was a teenage boy infatuated with her.

The couple was asleep that sunset in their home in Damascus when the phone rang.

Their neighbor across the row, Chris, said someone was looking in their daughter's bedroom window, says Traci.

Jeff chased the man through the neighborhood. "But he escaped," Traci says.

The one's nearest was shocked, Traci says. "We thought we lived in a all right place. We felt violated and scared. And I was enraged. My first plan was, 'I'm going to get this guy.'"

They called the Damascus police and made a report. Then they talked to their daughter and son, stressing the prestige of closing windows and blinds and locking doors.
