For many, the diocese of Bellevue has been littered with shopping carts which can be seen around village carrying children, furniture or, in most cases, totally uninhibited.
Recognizing the appearance of neglect to the neighborhood, the Bellevue Diocese Council in Washington voted unanimously this week to subtle shops that did not collect its carts within over 100 feet of the put by property, according to the Seattle Times ,.
Stores are now asking its customers to avoid return shopping carts by posting signs to school the public of the law and fines.
But don’t expect capturing all the runaway carts will be unreserved. Some people go out of their way to steal the carts and roll groceries to apartments, bus stops and other shopping centers before letting go of them.
